i cannot entering ctf server

Hi everyone,
im trying to connect ctf server but every attemt screen freezing at awaiting snapshots. i tried restart my modem/router but same result. i think maybe my ip is on the list which banned before. maybe im affected any banned ip range etc. could you pls control that?

i shouldnt banned before cuz i downloaded game 2-3 days ago. never log in ctf server.

ps: i can connect any other servers.

i found server banlist and im not banned, some research's results showing that sv_timeout setting maybe low. can anyone know about solutions? im using imac 4K 2017, so the reason cannot be a low specs but i dont know.

@imbored4covid Please double check you are not using a name that is too short. currently you need a name thats 4 or more characters long.
